But unfortunately, the world is not perfect. Salespeople, procurement people, business leaders, and entrepreneurs often are involved in or trying to resolve conflict amongst clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Conflict is a part of life. It happens. Your ability to identify, understand, analyze, and resolve conflict directly impacts your performance and the performance of those around you. Not to mention the positive effects on workplace harmony.

This conflict resolution course is designed to introduce you to the principles of conflict resolution and for you to practice your conflict resolution skills. We will teach you how to diagnose conflict, manage conflict, and resolve conflict. You will learn, be able to distinguish, and practice the conflict resolution in a roleplay scenario.
